DiDi is the first and most innovative way to travel in China. It’s a ride-hailing app that provides convenient transportation across China, from Shanghai to Chongqing, Beijing to Shanghai, and Chongqing to Beijing.
You’ll be able to request a ride from the app and tap “request a taxi” to take your first ride. Your driver will be dispatched from the nearest available taxi driver. You can view their picture, license number, and insurance details and get a ride estimate.
The app will help you easily find available drivers and estimate a ride to your destination. You can see your driver's and vehicle's status and even track their location on a map. You’ll have the option to tip your driver and pay through the app.
You can share your ride with your friends and family members.
If you don’t feel like paying through the app, you can pay in cash through the app. You’ll be able to pay in cash for your rides through your smartphone’s Touch ID.
